		<description>I&#039;m making sleep more of a priority in my life, too.  Found this article interesting: http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/guide/lose-weight-while-sleeping.  Not that I now see sleep as a way to lose weight, but this article gives one example of how sleeping 8 hours a night probably regulates so many processes in our bodies.</description>
